This was the place of the family canteen “El Pucará”, owned by Rosa and Juan Cabrera, from 1967 to August 2000.

The owners’ son, Carlitos Cabrera, reopens its doors as Lapeña and offers its customers not only daily meals but also songs preceded by stories about events and customs of the Quebrada de Humahuaca.
